    Characteristics

    1. 3D Panel Production Line refers to a manufacturing setup designed to produce 3D panels using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) as the core material. The machine combines EPS foam with a metal wire mesh to create a strong, lightweight, and energy-efficient building material. 3D panels are innovative construction materials widely used in the building industry for their efficiency, versatility, and insulation properties.


    2. 3D Panel Production Lines are equipped with automation and computer-controlled systems to improve efficiency and consistency in panel production. Additionally, these production lines can be customized to accommodate different panel sizes, shapes, and production capacities to meet the diverse needs of construction projects.

    3. This production line consists of 2 parts: CH series steel net light sandwich panel inserted wire welding machine unit and 3DW-A steel net welding machine unit. 


    4. This production line has the advantage of high output, high welding quality, good evenness of panel, no need water to cooling the welding head, a small number of operator and etc. They are controlled by computer (PLC), so they could be operated and maintained easily. It is a mechanical-electronical integration HI-TECH production.


    5. The welding machines for steel wire net-rack sandwich panel have two main types: vertical structure type and horizontal structure type. 

    6. Our machine have six features:

    • Vertical design:

    The vertical design settle the high lack-welding rate problem of horizontal type. It makes operation and maintenance much easier.

    • Unique wire-threading mechanism:

    Cut short wire in advance and insert into polystyrene panel by wire-threading mechanism. It can avoid multiple disadvantages of cutting while welding beside the machine.

    • Smart welding holder:

    It makes the welding pressure more evenly and more strongly so that the solder joint can be steady.

    • Smooth and steady continuous operation:

    The length of net sheet is equal to the length of polystyrene panel. So the connection of panel to panel is more convenient. The first panel can easily separate from the nest one after welded.

    • Wide choice of panel type:

    The core material could be complete-panel-type rock wool, polystyrene, expanded perlite and so on. The application of rock wool and expanded perlite could rise the fireproofing level of light sandwich panel.

    • Wide choice of panel type:

    There are many choice of the panel length and the thickness of the core material. Three types of panel could meet different needs of users. It also can be used as floor slab or roof boarding.

    2) Thickness: 5cm、7cm、8cm、10cm、12cm;

    • Abdominal wire length: 85mm―155mm;

    7) Numbers of abdominal wires: two types≤100pcs∕m²;or≤200pcs∕m²

    8) Abdominal wire horizontal distance: 100mm or 200mm;

    9) Vertical interval:100mm;

    10)Weld spot strength: ≥800 N∕spot 

    11) Leak welding rate of Abdominal wire and net sheet: ≤4%;

    12) Vertical wire inward (close to EPS), horizontal wire outward.

    1) Galvanized steel wire for net sheet

    Mechanical property: tensile strength:650-800MPa , numbers of alternating bending ≥4times∕180°

    2)wire diameter:φ2.2mm-φ2.8mm;

    3)Width of net-sheet: outer edge vertical wire central size:1200mm

    4)Length of net-sheet: Nominal size equal to panel length;2.4m-4.5m

    5)Mesh size: 50mm×50mm (from center of wire to center of wire);

    6)Mesh shear location: 25mm from the center of horizontal wire at one end;

    7)Welding quality of net-sheet: leak welding rate:≤8‰;welding spot strength: ≥800N/spot; Net-sheet level off, bend≤50mm;

    8)Precision of welded-mesh:mesh size 50mm×50mm±0.2mm; Longitudinal center line of the wire: 1200 mm ±0.2mm; The diagonal length of 3m is not more than 3 mm;

    9)Wire coil weight: 50kg±5kg;

    10)Wire coil inner diameter:greater than or equal to Φ450mm;(or according to user requirement)
