2. 3D Panel Production Lines are equipped with automation and computer-controlled systems to improve efficiency and consistency in panel production. Additionally, these production lines can be customized to accommodate different panel sizes, shapes, and production capacities to meet the diverse needs of construction projects.
3. This production line consists of 2 parts: CH series steel net light sandwich panel inserted wire welding machine unit and 3DW-A steel net welding machine unit.
4. This production line has the advantage of high output, high welding quality, good evenness of panel, no need water to cooling the welding head, a small number of operator and etc. They are controlled by computer (PLC), so they could be operated and maintained easily. It is a mechanical-electronical integration HI-TECH production.
5. The welding machines for steel wire net-rack sandwich panel have two main types: vertical structure type and horizontal structure type.

The vertical design settle the high lack-welding rate problem of horizontal type. It makes operation and maintenance much easier.
Cut short wire in advance and insert into polystyrene panel by wire-threading mechanism. It can avoid multiple disadvantages of cutting while welding beside the machine.
It makes the welding pressure more evenly and more strongly so that the solder joint can be steady.
The length of net sheet is equal to the length of polystyrene panel. So the connection of panel to panel is more convenient. The first panel can easily separate from the nest one after welded.
The core material could be complete-panel-type rock wool, polystyrene, expanded perlite and so on. The application of rock wool and expanded perlite could rise the fireproofing level of light sandwich panel.
There are many choice of the panel length and the thickness of the core material. Three types of panel could meet different needs of users. It also can be used as floor slab or roof boarding.

Function And Application
