Characteristics

2. Autonics encoder from South Korea is used for the running stroke of the equipment. In addition, the encoder bracket adopts a new design that can adjust the balance by itself. The rack is fixed. Compared with the traditional method, the rack is safer and more reliable when it is not moving, and the stroke control data is more accurate.
3. All welding parts are subject to electric furnace stress relief annealing treatment, and all welding parts and templates are subject to CNC machining technology, ensuring the processing accuracy of structural parts and concentricity during operation, which greatly improves the long-term stability of equipment operation.
4. The demoulding structure adopts the latest design of movable ejector fixed support, which is more reasonable and conve-nient compared with the traditional one. In particular, the maintenance problems caused by the falling off of the material pipe can be quickly solved, which improves the work efficiency and safety
performance.
5. The guide posts are all chrome plated with 45 # steel, and the guide sleeves for mold shifting are all formed by CNC at one time to ensure the installation accuracy of the guide posts. The oil injection device is designed and the wear-resistant copper sleeves that can be easily replaced are embedded to avoid the pain point that the internal wear-resistant parts cannot be replaced after the equipment has been running for a long time.
