Characteristics
1.The inside and outside of the barrel are made of stainless steel, and the interlayer has insulation measures. It has reliable performance, reasonable and beautiful structure, stable quality, high production efficiency, 2-3 times higher than that of ordinary machines, and 25% lower energy consumption.
2.The feeding system of this machine includes a primary feeding device and a secondary feeding device. The primary feeding device adjusts the feeding speed through the transmission to ensure stable feeding.
3.EPS beads are fed, foamed, and enter the fluidized drying bed (optional by the customer) and then enter the maturation silo through the fan conveying device to complete the raw material foaming process. The secondary foaming cycle repeats the above process.
4.The production density of this machine is relatively uniform, and the foamable density can be 6-40KG/M³. A steam pressure reducing valve is set (optional by the user).
