How Does an EPS Mould Work?

· Filling: The mould is filled with pre-expanded EPS beads.
· Heating & Fusing: High-temperature steam (110°C–130°C) is injected, causing the beads to expand further and fuse together, taking the exact shape of the mould.
· Cooling: Water and vacuum systems cool the mould, solidifying the foam part.
· Ejection: The finished product is pushed out using ejector pins or compressed air.
