2BV5 Water Ring Vacuum Pump Introduction
1. Vacuum pump and motor form a compact structure. It only needs a level plane for installation.
According to water ring working principle, the impeller eccentricity mounting in the pump body, after the pump starts, the operating fluid in the pump body forms one ring with the pump body concentric, the impeller transmits power to liquid ring. Liquid ring pulsate periodically in the impeller blade, and sucks the gas from the inlet of port plate, after compression, then discharges from the air vent.
2. Application scope
2BV5 is the single stage liquid ring vacuum pump, is suitable for the continuous working, to form vacuum, suits for the evacuation of humid gas, nonflammable, non-corrosive atmosphere and atmospheric/steam mixture. According to the customer requirement, we could supply pump which is suitable for flammable, explosive and poisonous medium. Under such situation, should take the corresponding security measure.
3. Operating fluid usually is the water.
The stainless steel pump is suitable for corrosion condition.
2BV 5 vacuum pumps are applied in the low vacuum process;
Ultimate vacuum depends on saturated vapor pressure and operating liquid.
4. Ultimate vacuum is decided on the operating fluid type and temperature.
