1. This machine use for expanding and producing EPS foam beads and the computer automatic control the whole p rocess, automatic feeding and weighing material, realize automatic production. This pre-expander has different types for customers with small, middle and big capacity and different required density. It can finish first expansion and second expansion.
2.This pre-expander has a big capacity, apply the imported spare parts such as the Germany and Japan famous brand, the products with very small tolerance.
3. The machine has the drying system inside barrel, and with the drying bed for second drying.
4. The machine design with advanced design and making, It use several steam pipes into the barrel which keep the steam equality for the same size EPS beads and high quality products. The machine bottom has several clean door which can clean the barrel inside anytime, it is easy to repair and operation. The feeding and weighing system can be put on the top of the machine, which can save the space of the workshop.
5. The machine use the high quality material to make, the barrel and main spindle and mix rods, material hopper and door all use the 304 Stainless steel, the main barrel has three layers, very few problems, with a long working time.
6. The machine with the function of auto adjusting the density of the material.
