Detail Of Key Parts
Production Process
1: Raw material EPP (foamed polypropylene): purchased directly from the raw material manufacturer.
2: Pre-pressing: According to the requirements of the product ratio and gram weight, the purchased raw materials are pumped into the pre-pressing tank with a fan and injected with air for pre-pressing. The auxiliary equipment required for pre-pressing is the pre-pressing tank and the air compressor.
3: Molding: The pre-pressed raw materials are used by the molding machine and the mold to produce products of various specifications as required. The production process is that the EPP material in the pre-pressing barrel on the EPP automatic molding machine is injected into the mold with a material gun, and the raw material is heated and molded in the mold by steam generated by the boiler. The raw material is cooled and shaped by cooling water and vacuum system to form a fixed EPP product. The required equipment is: boiler, air compressor, cooling water, EPP molding machine and mold, material gun, vacuum system.
4: Drying: EPP products need to be dried in the drying room, and the temperature of the drying room should be controlled between 75-80 degrees.
5: Packing and warehousing: The complete products are packaged and transported into the warehouse manually.
